Join us for a fascinating illustrated talk by art historian Elaine Kilmurray. Leading with an overview of his career, Elaine will focus her talk on the watercolour works of this fascinating artist.

Elaine is co-curator of the Dulwich Picture Gallery’s current major exhibition ‘Sargent: The Watercolours’ and Research Director of the Sargent catalogue raisonne. In addition to contributing to numerous publications on Sargent, she has lectured extensively on his work at art institutions in the UK, Europe and the USA.

This talk will take place in the Lecture Hall at Salisbury Museum.
